I’m pleased to share that I’ve recently completed a Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine from the University of Aberdeen. This evidence-based approach focuses on improving physical and emotional health by making simple, sustainable lifestyle changes—and it has the potential to transform lives.


Many of the challenges people face, such as stress, anxiety, low energy, digestive discomfort (like IBS), weight gain, and the symptoms of menopause, can be improved through everyday habits. Lifestyle Medicine offers a structured, science-backed way to do just that.

What is Lifestyle Medicine?

Lifestyle Medicine is a growing field that focuses on preventing, managing, and even reversing chronic conditions by addressing their root causes. It centres on six key pillars of health:

  • Physical activity – Moving your body regularly in ways that feel achievable and enjoyable
