CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Our goal is to provide quality care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only us, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 07942 358246 as soon as possible. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as we can.

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at 100% of the session cost or the full deposit amount as applicable.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same 24hr cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
