Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a type of 'talking therapy' that combines psychotherapy with hypnosis.​ Its modern psychotherapeutic approach focuses on solutions, meaning we don't dwell on past problems and issues.

Hello I'm Jane a fully qualified and registered Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Bristol. My background is in design and communication which has given me valuable insight in to how the mind works and how we communicate and relate to each other as people.

After experiencing a serious illness a few years ago, I discovered hypnotherapy and mindfulness which helped me through a long period of treatment and recovery. I'm constantly amazed by how much control we have over our own thought patterns and how it can affect us physically.

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is an open and warm experience carried out in a non judgemental and safe environment. We will work on what you would like to achieve rather than what has happened in the past. This means that it is possible to make positive changes in a relatively short period of time.

The process allows you to take control of your desired outcome. Provided you are willing to make changes to the way you think, hypnotherapy can be highly effective in relieving a wide range of common issues.
