Service Description

Over 4 weeks we'll cover why it can be so hard to lose weight and keep it off. Using psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, we'll learn how the mind and body work in relation to weight management. Thus enabling you to develop your own valuable tools that will help you make effective long term change. You'll also be given a free mp3 relaxation recording. Please note: This is not a class where hypnotherapy is 'done' to you to get you to stop eating certain foods. Whilst that does work, it generally doesn't last long. This class looks at long term changes to how we think about food and our relationships with it. In particular, comfort/stress eating.
